Welcome to ABDNCO. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to ABDNCO. ABDNCO operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services").

ABDNCO is a luxury curation house, not a manufacturer. Every piece in our collection is carefully sourced from trusted suppliers and curated into complete looks that embody the old money aesthetic — understated, refined, and built to last. We do not produce our garments in-house. Instead, we identify and select the finest pieces across fabrics, cuts, and silhouettes that align with our aesthetic standard, and present them to you as a complete wardrobe vision. All orders are fulfilled through our sourcing partners. Delivery timelines, packaging, and product origin may vary accordingly.

ABDNCO operates as a curation and sourcing brand. We do not manufacture any products. All items available in our store are sourced from trusted third-party suppliers selected to meet the ABDNCO aesthetic and quality standard. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this sourcing model.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations or appear exactly as depicted.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. ABDNCO reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until ABDNCO confirms acceptance and we have received and processed your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. ABDNCO may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided at the time of the order.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

As ABDNCO sources products from third-party suppliers, delivery timelines may vary. All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, supplier processing times, or events outside our control.
