ABDNCO — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 6-day return and exchange policy. You have 6 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet allof the following conditions:
— The original tag must be fully intact and unbroken.
— The item must be unworn and unused.
— The item must be in its original packaging.
— You must provide proof of purchase or your order receipt.
If the tag has been removed or broken, your return or exchange request will not be accepted regardless of the condition of the item. No exceptions.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at theabdnco@gmail.com within 6 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we will initiate a return for your order. Return shipping is covered by ABDNCO.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at theabdnco@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within the same 6-day window, subject to the same eligibility conditions above. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted and confirmed, make a separate purchase for the new item if needed.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
— Items with a broken, removed, or tampered tag.
— Items returned after the 6-day window.
— Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Sale and discounted items are eligible for return and exchange under the same 6-day policy and conditions above.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at theabdnco@gmail.com.
EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. All standard eligibility conditions still apply — the item must be unworn, unused, with original tag intact and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
